SCREEN MY STAFF LTD
Workplace Wellbeing Services for UK Employers
Work-related stress, burnout and low morale are usually caused by how work is designed and managed: workload, control, support, working relationships, role clarity and change. Screen My Staff helps employers find those risks, put proportionate controls in place and keep the evidence that they are managing them.
Our Wellbeing Services
ISO 45003-aligned health checks, psychosocial risk assessments, management system set-up, training and ongoing review, for employers in any sector.
1. Wellbeing Health Check
A structured gap review of how you currently manage work-related stress and psychosocial risk, measured against ISO 45003 guidance.
We review your existing policies, risk assessments and arrangements, then give you a short report with prioritised, practical next steps.
From £199, credited against a Risk Assessment or System Set-Up booked within 30 days.
2. Psychosocial Risk Assessment
An anonymous online staff survey covering the main psychosocial hazard areas: workload, control, support, working relationships, role clarity and change.
Responses are anonymous and results are reported at group level. You receive a risk-rated report showing where the greatest risks lie, with a prioritised action plan.
Up to 25 staff £799, 26–100 £1,299, 101–250 £1,999. Over 250 staff: quoted.
3. Management System Set-Up

Includes a wellbeing policy, psychosocial risk register, clear roles and responsibilities, and the procedures and records you need to show psychosocial risks are being managed, aligned with ISO 45003 guidance.
From £1,499 for a single site. Multi-site: quoted.
4. Wellbeing Training
Practical awareness training so managers and workers can recognise psychosocial hazards, raise concerns early and know where to find support.
Choose online learning for your whole workforce, a focused course for people managers, or in-house sessions delivered to your teams.
Online staff awareness £49 per learner. Manager course £149 per learner. In-house: quoted.
5. Annual Review
Keeps your arrangements working year after year, not just on the day of the assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a psychosocial hazard? A feature of how work is designed, organised or managed that can cause psychological harm — for example excessive workload, lack of control, poor support, unclear roles, or poorly managed change.
Is this a legal requirement? UK employers have a general duty to protect employee health under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and must assess risks under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. ISO 45003 itself is guidance, not law.
Do we need ISO 45001 first? No — our services work with or without an existing ISO 45001 system.
Is this the same as an employee engagement survey? No. Engagement surveys describe how people feel. A psychosocial risk assessment looks at the work conditions that create risk, so you can prioritise action.
