What Compliance Master Does
One platform with two sides: a management dashboard for your company, and a staff platform your team can use from their phones.
1. Automated BS 7858 Screening
Add a new starter and Compliance Master does the chasing. Staff submit their screening information and evidence online, and it appears on your company profile in real time.
Reference requests are emailed to previous employers automatically, covering 5 or 10 years, and SIA licence and watchlist checks are carried out.
2. Staff Training Suite
Over 30 training courses come preloaded and ready to assign to your teams, and you can upload your own training too.
Staff and managers get reminders before the deadline, usually aligned with first deployment. If training isn’t completed you are told, so untrained staff aren’t deployed.
3. Documents and Compliance Reminders
Keep your policies, procedures and records in one place, with reminders when documents are due for review, audits are due or registers need updating.
Clear charts show compliance in green and non-compliance in red, and reports are generated at the push of a button for audits and management meetings.
4. Rotas, Shifts and GPS Tracking
Upload your rota in bulk and staff see their shifts in real time, with reminders to clock on as each shift starts to prevent wage discrepancies.
One continuous GPS tracker follows each person, including when they are in a vehicle, for example attending an alarm. Vehicle tracking is included at no extra cost.
5. Panic Button and Live Incident Reporting
Staff can raise a panic alert or report an incident live from the staff platform, and your company is notified immediately.
Every plan also includes 24/7 phone access to an experienced compliance consultant, for support at every stage of your compliance journey.

Compliance Master was built because other providers were charging our clients thousands of pounds a month for similar systems. The project is led by Craig Willetts, a lead auditor with over 20 years’ experience who has worked in the security industry since he was 18, with a team of compliance and IT specialists. It is a joint venture between CAW Consultancy, CAW Digital and Screen My Staff.
